blast freezers, packing and processing facility
and cold storage holding room are situated
in one location on the quayside at Port
St Francis.
In
this way we are able to prevent unnecessary
handling and transportation of our products
that may have an effect on quality.
Regular
inspections are carried out by various National
Authorities at one location that is under
100% control of our key people.
The
factory operates at flexible hours throughout
the 24 hour cycle to ensure that production
commences as soon as the raw product arrives
at the quayside so that quality is controlled
and preserved at all times.
Many
of our key members of staff have remained
with us for decades. Due to this, our continued
efforts to deliver quality have been assured
