Our main products are sea frozen squid, land frozen pilchard bait, fresh long line caught hake and hand line caught line fish.

Whole sea frozen squid is received in 60-micron plastic bags, stored in hold rooms, glazed, sleeved into clean plastic bags, boxed and labeled for export. We also receive wet squid, which is graded, packed and blast frozen at -20°C in clean, stainless steel pans. Alternatively, fresh wet squid is caught and stored in an ice-slurry which is landed at our facilities and exported as fresh squid on ice in polystyrene boxes.

We also process chilled, gutted hake, chilled gutted fin-fish, chilled whole round fin-fish, frozen whole round fin-fish and frozen H&G shark.

In addition we also process frozen whole round finger laid sardines for bait, frozen whole round sardines for human consumption and frozen sardine cutlets for human consumption.
