Our
holding room is designed to store
product in custom built steel cages
which are stackable up to 3 tiers
high. This modular concept allows
for versatility of storing various
sizes and grades of frozen product.
Fitting
a 300MT cold room, 40 MT blast freezers,
200m² processing area, staff change
rooms and dining facilities into an
800m² area was not easy.
In
order to get full use out of our limited
processing area, we designed a system
whereby the processing floor area
could easily be changed or reconfigured
to suit the various processes we engage
in.
