William
obtained a BA degree from Nelson Mandela
Metropolitan University and started teaching
in 1979.
He
was school principal for 6 years and left
education at the end of 1996.
He
joined the fishing industry in 1998 as
a director and shareholder of LM Fisheries,
a vessel and squid permit owning company.
William joined the group in 2004 as an
HR manager.
William
has extensive experience in training of
fishermen towards pre-sea qualification
and officers of fishing vessels.
